Once shipped, delivery usually takes:

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is fulfilled.
Returns & Replacements
Our products are made to order and fulfilled by trusted production partners.
Because of this, we only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
✅ Damaged items upon arrival
✅ Printing errors or incorrect items sent
✅ Lost shipments
If any of these issues occur, please contact us at miosverse@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description — we’ll review it and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
Non-returnable items
Since all products are made to order, we can’t accept returns for:

Wrong size ordered

Change of mind

Items damaged due to customer use

Lost Packages
If your order doesn’t arrive within 30 days, contact us at miosverse@gmail.com.
We’ll open a claim with our production partners and send a replacement if the package is confirmed lost.
